Shipping Policy

  • Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Shipping method & partner: Fulfillment is via Suplifull / contracted carriers.
  • Transit time: Estimated delivery 10–15 business days from shipment date. This includes carrier transit only; processing time is additional.
  • Tracking: A shipping/tracking email is sent once the order ships. Use the tracking link to monitor delivery.
  • Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service. Free shipping promotions will be clearly stated.
  • International orders: Customs, duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may be longer due to customs clearance.
  • Address changes: Changes requested after order confirmation may not be possible. Contact support immediately; REVIBOD is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to inaccurate addresses provided by the customer.
  • Lost or significantly delayed packages: If tracking shows a package lost or not moving for an extended period, contact REVIBOD support within 30 days of shipment for investigation and resolution.
  1. Returns & Exchanges Policy
  • Eligibility: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging with proof of purchase. Opened consumables (e.g., powders, creams) are eligible only if defective or shipped incorrectly.
  • Non-returnable: Gift cards, opened personal-care consumables (unless defective), and items marked final sale.
  • Exchange: Exchanges for the same product are processed as a return + new order. Contact support to initiate.
  • Return process:
    1. Contact support at contact@revibod.com with order number, photos (if damaged/defective), and reason.
    2. REVIBOD issues a Return Authorization (RA) if eligible and provides return instructions.
    3. Ship returns within 14 days of RA issuance using a trackable method. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error by REVIBOD.
  • Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Shipping fees are refundable only if the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
  • Inspection: Inspect shipments upon receipt. For visible damage, refuse delivery or note damage with the carrier and contact support immediately.
  • Reporting: Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
  • Remedy: REVIBOD will replace the item, issue a refund, or provide a store credit at our discretion. Return shipping for defective/incorrect items will be covered by REVIBOD.
  1. Cancellations & Order Changes
  • Cancellation window: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet shipped. Contact support immediately.
  • After shipment: Cancellations are not possible after shipment; follow the returns process when the order is delivered.
  1. Preorders & Backorders
  • Preorder communication: Preorders will show an estimated ship date. Payment is charged at checkout and item ships on or shortly after the listed ship date.
  • Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you with an updated ETA or offer the option to cancel for a full refund.
  1. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure
  • Delays: Carrier delays, customs, extreme weather, or other events outside REVIBOD’s or Suplifull’s control may extend delivery time. We will communicate delays and provide updates.
  • No liability: REVIBOD is not liable for indirect losses due to delayed shipping beyond our control.
  1. Privacy & Data Use (summary)
  • Use: We collect contact, shipping and payment info to fulfill orders, process returns, and communicate status.
  • Sharing: We share shipping details with Suplifull and carriers to fulfill orders. We do not sell customer data.

  • Governing law: Policies governed by applicable laws where REVIBOD is registered; disputes subject to local jurisdiction.
